Revenue dashboard

See your year's bookings and where they came from at a glance.

By the end of this guide, you'll know how to read the earnings and sources panels above your calendar — and what each number actually counts.

Before you start

What you'll need

  • A property under Places with at least one booking in the year you want to view
  • ~3 minutes
What you'll achieve
  • Year-to-date booking totals at a glance
  • A source breakdown showing how much came direct vs. external channels
  • Realistic expectations about what these numbers include

Where it lives

Sidebar → Calendar. With a place selected, the Earnings and Sources panels render above the calendar grid — but only if the year has any bookings recorded. Empty years hide the panels.

Places only. Services don't have a revenue dashboard yet. If you sell mostly via time slots, this view doesn't represent that side of your business.

Earnings (left panel)

A bar chart with one bar per month (Jan–Dec).

  • The grey track shows the booking value — the sum of bookings whose date range overlaps that month.
  • The total at the top of the panel — "Year total bookings" — is the gross value of all bookings overlapping this year.

The currency comes from the property — it shows once at the top of the panel.

Click any bar to see the breakdown for that month.

Sources (right panel)

A donut chart with a vertical legend.

  • Each segment is one source: Direct, plus any iCal-imported source you've connected (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
  • The color matches what you chose when connecting that calendar. Direct is dark green by default.
  • The legend shows the source name and the dollar value.

If the year has no bookings yet, you'll see "No data" in this panel.

What "earnings" actually counts

A few things to know about the math:

  • All bookings overlapping the year are counted — including iCal-imported ones (Airbnb, Booking.com).
  • Cancelled bookings are also counted in the booking total. There's no status != cancelled filter today. If you cancel a lot, the total reads higher than what you actually invoiced.
  • Months are bucketed in UTC, not the property's time zone. Around midnight on the last day of a month, a booking can land in either of two months depending on where you are.

Year selector

Above the panels, a year dropdown lets you jump between current year ± 2. Pick a different year to see its earnings — empty years hide both panels.

What's not here today

  • Month-level drill-in beyond the per-month bar tooltip.
  • CSV / PDF export.
  • Services earnings — places only.
  • Status filter — cancelled bookings count as revenue.

If any of those is important to your business, tell us.
